Shadow work group:

Discover the transformative power of shadow work in a supportive, intimate group setting. This course will guide you through the journey of exploring and integrating the parts of yourself that have remained hidden or suppressed. Together, we’ll uncover the elements of your subconscious mind—fears, desires, and beliefs—that shape your behaviors, relationships, and sense of self. By bringing these shadow elements to light, you’ll gain profound insights into your own patterns, release limiting beliefs, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-acceptance and inner peace.

Throughout this multi-week course, we will use guided meditation, journaling, and experiential exercises designed to help you identify and embrace your shadow. You’ll be part of a nurturing community that encourages authenticity and vulnerability, offering you the chance to share and reflect in a safe space. Each week, our sessions will delve into a different facet of the shadow, helping you build a solid foundation of self-awareness, compassion, and emotional resilience.

Whether you’re seeking to enhance your personal growth, overcome self-sabotage, or cultivate stronger relationships, this course will equip you with the tools to integrate every part of who you are and step fully into your power. Join us in a journey toward wholeness and learn how to make peace with all of who you are.
